Our 7th Annual Irish Festival

Shamrocks by the Sea will be celebrated on Saturday, September 28th 2024 from 10 AM until 6 PM.

Sponsored by your St. Patrick's Day Parade Committee with entertainment provided by: The John Byrne Band, Marty McGuiness, and Devrin School of Irish Dance.

Vendor Enrollment Process
Application

Shamrocks by the Sea is an annual Celtic Festival held each October, drawing in tens of thousands. Read through the following details and submit your vendor application via email.

Location
  • Vendor locations will be designated by the Committee. Each location will be 10' frontage & 10' depth.
  • Vendors will be directed to their locations, and will place goods at designated spots.
  • Vendors will accept locations as assigned and will only use display racks for self-supporting boards or structures that fit in their assigned area.
  • Displays are to be arranged so as not to block adjoining booths and pathways.
  • No merchandise will be placed in the aisles.
  • Storage of all extra merchandise, cartons and containers must be out of sight.
  • We expect vendors to present their wares in a professional manner with your name clearly displayed.
Setup & Cleanup
  • Vendor set up prior to 10 A.M. Saturday.
  • Vendors arriving after 11 A.M. will not be admitted and fees will not be returned.
  • Any vendors arriving or setting up on Friday evening do so at their own risk.
  • Vendors setting up on Friday evening must also call ahead for proper placement and must not leave vehicles and displays in festival area.
  • Any vendor set up in the incorrect location, they will be asked to move their booths.
  • On the day of the event, All FOOD vendors will please enter on: “I” street & Central Ave.
  • Vendors will provide their own: Tents, tables and chairs. No electricity will be provided to vendors.
  • Tables must be covered with table coverings to the floor.
  • All vendors must bring all trash to the proper trash receptacles at the end of the day.
  • Weather is beyond our control, the festival may proceed during inclement weather and the Committee reserves the right to designate a rain date as late as the morning of the Festival.
Laws & Liability
  • Vendors must be in compliance with State and local laws.
  • Alcoholic beverages may not be sold or distributed as per State Law. Vendors, who disregard this will be closed.
  • Vendors must assume responsibility for the safety of their merchandise and displays against loss or damage by: Fire, theft, accident or any destructive cause while on property.
  • Each vendor must provide a representative to be on hand for the sale of their merchandise.
  • The Ocean County St. Patrick's Day Parade Committee reserves the right, to refuse or remove any Vendor which it deems, at its sole discretion, to detract from the desired image, theme and/or dignity of the festival or to be causing disruption or interference of any kind during the festival.
